Labia, Clitoral and Introitus Surgery

Labia Correction

A labiaplasty is a surgical procedure to correct anatomical irregularities of the labia, particularly the inner labia. Indications for this procedure can include discomfort, pain, or insecurity regarding the size or asymmetry of the labia.

Various techniques can be applied to achieve the desired outcome, with careful selection based on the individual anatomical features and needs of the patient. The procedures generally involve removing excess tissue and reshaping the labia.

The surgery is usually performed on an outpatient basis and can be done under local anesthesia or general anesthesia. Careful post-operative care is necessary to minimize complications and promote quick recovery.

Clitoral Correction

A tightening of the clitoral hood can also be considered if there are issues with excess skin surrounding the clitoris. This excess skin is reduced to achieve a more youthful appearance.

Some patients worry that such a procedure might impair sensitivity and sexual stimulation, but in fact, a tightening can help make the clitoris easier to stimulate. Typically, a clitoral hood tightening is combined with a labiaplasty.

Introitus Procedure

The introitus procedure focuses on the entrance of the vaginal canal, often addressing concerns related to the vaginal opening. This procedure can be beneficial for women experiencing issues such as vaginal laxity, discomfort during intercourse, or aesthetic concerns about the appearance of the vaginal opening. The introitus procedure may involve tightening and rejuvenating the vaginal entrance, enhancing both function and appearance.

By addressing these intimate aesthetic and functional concerns, these procedures aim to improve the overall quality of life, confidence, and sexual health of women.
